Petropolis explores the accumulation and metamorphosis of plastic waste. Discarded materials are collected, deconstructed, melted and reshaped into textured wall reliefs, where traces of their former use remain embedded within the work. Moving between synthetic debris and organic, landscape-like forms, the series considers how waste persists and acquires new material identities.
